Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed of any changes.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on most items within the United States. Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days from the date of shipment.
Expedited shipping may be available on select items for an additional fee. These options, if applicable, will be presented at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package all the way to your doorstep.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the product and shipping location.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages
